Views of the Cotswolds

Norman Neasom always worked from life. He travelled throughout the Cotswolds, sketching buildings, landscapes, rivers and people taking notes of the colours (as in Housman's coloured counties - see Summertime on Bredon in the poetry section) before returning to his studio where he would paint the finished work

Views of the Cotswolds can be seen in some of the other sections of this exhibition but are only shown once in that which we consider is most significant
